Height Gage Adapter

The itpstyli HG Adapter works with height gages that utilize either a 6 mm or 8 mm mounting stem that slides into the indicator tip assembly. The M5 internal thread of the adapter allows you to choose from a wide selection of sphere sizes and stem lengths. An M5 threaded stylus is screwed into the adapter and the combined unit simply slides into the indicator holder assembly.

This will help reduce costs, improve delivery speed and take advantage of the wide selection of CMM quality styli for your height gage replacement tips. A 3.0 mm by 55 mm long spherical height gage probing element from one OEM costs $125. itpstyli has a ruby tipped, 3.0 mm by 30.0 mm probe for less than $50.
